Cherry Gardens Farm offers a rare, almost unique, opportunity to be able to buy all your fruit and vegetables, organically grown, not pre-packed, from a shop which also sells its own produce grown right outside.
Although currently certified, Cherry Gardens Farm will become ‘organic’ in March 2009. Not content with that, one year later it will become Biodynamic. This follows the Rudolph Steiner philosophy for agriculture which provides a holistic approach to the cosmos and the soil.
It was started in 2007 by Kate and Jonathon who have 15 years experience of the business of growing. They have 25 acres and plan to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables using a variety of methods, including tunnels and protected cropping, thus enabling as long a growing season as possible.

If you want to look after yourself whilst also looking after the environment then you can’t beat their produce for freshness and a low carbon footprint. There is also the added convenience of being able to select the exact number of items you want, avoid all unnecessary packaging and park right outside the door!
Top that with the family pleasure of Pick Your Own, which will be available from late June with Tay Berries, followed in July by other vegetables including runner beans, sweet corn and also flowers, and Cherry Gardens has a lot to offer.
Open 10am - 6pm Tuesdays to Saturdays
On the B2198 at Groombridge
