Large outstanding garden with 11 acre lake and picturesque bridges. Many rare trees and shrubs. Wheelchair access to the main parts. Home made teas served.

Leave Leicester Arms, Penshurst on left. Proceed on B2188. Turn right into Grove Road,at T junction turn right. Old Buckhurst is 1.5 miles on left.

4.1/5 miles SE of Edenbridge. From B2026 Edenbridge-Hartfield, turn R at Cowden Xrds and take 1st drive on R. Admission £3.50, children free. Open Wednesday 17th June, Day, 1 to 6 (£3.50), Evening, 6 to 9 (£4.50, wine), and Wednesday 29th July.
Ten acres of country garden surround a 16th century house. There are magnificent lawns, herbaceous colour, water gardens, a wood and field. Homemade teas will be available, but no dogs are allowed.
