Charcott Farmhouse is a traditional old tile-hung house tucked away behind the tiny hamlet of Charcott, about 10 minutes drive from Penshurst. The house is in a peaceful situation well away from the road and overlooking open fields and woodland.

There are 3 twin-bedded rooms, 2 with en-suite facilities and 1 with private bathroom next door, plus a small sitting room with colour TV for guests’ use. Breakfasts, cooked on the Aga, are large and varied with individual requirements and timings to suit. The Greyhound pub, a five minute gentle amble down the drive, serves excellent and reasonably priced evening meals.
