Holcot is a self-catering residential property available for holidays, conferences, training etc. It can be booked for overnight, weekend, mid-week and full week stays, or even on a daily basis. Ideal for groups of adults/ young people or families who are seeking quality inexpensive accommodation. It is also suitable for the disabled with special washing and toilet facilities designed for them and full wheelchair access to the ground floor and it benefits from a permanent on-site manager.

There are two single bedded rooms with five other dormitory style rooms. The large kitchen has two cookers and is fully equipped. The entire house has just been refurbished including new roof, upgraded fire prevention measures and has fresh gay redecoration and new soft furnishings.

The lounge/sitting room has a piano and facilities for training if required, as does the large well equipped dining room. Outside there is a large private garden and a 20 metres long games hall with stage with equipment which includes unihoc, netball and table tennis.

Located on the edge of beautiful countryside for walking and within easy reach of Penshurst Place, Hever Castle, Chiddingstone Village and Chartwell.

Charges, which are levied only to cover running costs, are inclusive of VAT, gas, electricity and the use of and laundering of bedding start from as low as £17.50 per person for a weekend or £45.00 for a full week The Manager will be pleased to discuss your requirements and let you have specific quotation.
